Job Description
Accenture is currently seeking for Consultants for Management Consulting
- Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) team, with business
strategic planning or CRM experience in the Telecommunications industry.
CMT Strategy professionals provide a point of view about historical industry drivers of high performance and evaluate / diagnose client capabilities to achieve high performance in the telecommunications sector and identify improvement opportunities. They understand future industry drivers of high performance and articulate strategies.
Our CRM practice includes the following offering groups:
Marketing Transformation - work with our client teams to support the design and implementation of projects including: customer and marketing strategy, customer experience analysis and design, channel strategy, digital strategy and the role of social media, marketing operations, campaign management, CRM business architecture and operating model design.
Sales Transformation - work with our client teams to transform their sales and supporting processes, organizations, and strategies.
Service Transformation - work with our client teams to support the design and implementation of multi-channel Customer Service solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering Business Transformation Projects
Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Gathering and documenting client's current business processes, people and technology capabilities and requirements.
Performing financial assessments to support the development of new business processes and architecture.
Designing, developing and delivering new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies.
Developing communications, training and job aids to support change management activities.
Executing the testing and implementation of new business processes. Leading a small team to execute project components to scope, schedule and budget.
Client Relationship Development and Management
Delivering client presentations and facilitating meetings and workshops.
Develop client stakeholder relationships and communications at a working level at all stages of the project.
Practice Building
Supporting the growth of the practice through assisting with new business proposals and presentations, recruitment activities, coaching and mentoring to analysts.
Support practice building activities (e.g. conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting).
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum education/work requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Engineering (any type), Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years consulting experience in the telecommunications industry in business strategic planning or at least one of the following CRM areas: Marketing Transformation, Sales Transformation, or Service Transformation
Project and team management experience is nice to have
Professional Skill Requirements:
Capable of building strong relationships with clients and working as part of a team
Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including engagement at the senior level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid financial acumen, analytical, disgnosis and problem-solving skills.
Adept at using experience and knowledge of industry, geographic and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.
Effective leadership and management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results. (Nice to have for consultants)
Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions. (Nice to have for consultants)
